Li Hongxin of Shandong Sun Paper Wins RISI's Asian CEO of the Year Award

today announced that the Chairman of Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co. Ltd,
Li Hongxin, has been selected as the Asian CEO of the Year for 2010.
The award will be presented to Li Hongxin at RISI's 11th Asian Pulp & Paper
Outlook Conference in Shanghai, China to be held on June 7-9, 2010. RISI is also
pleased to announce that Shandong Sun Paper's Chairman will give the keynote speech
at the conference on June 8, 2010. Speakers from the sector's leading companies and
associations will be represented at the RISI Conference, including International
Paper Asia, APP China, the Japan Paper Association, Fibria and many others.
Li Hongxin was chosen as the RISI Asian CEO of the Year by a group of investment
analysts and portfolio managers covering the forest products industry. The analysts
responded to a survey organized by RISI and the criteria for nomination included
leadership, vision and strategic accomplishment.
Analysts noted that they chose Li Hongxin as the winner due to Shandong Sun
Paper's healthy financial performance and also its exploration in upstream
development (including forest plantation abroad). Li Hongxin commented, "I feel

RISI's Asian CEO of the Year Award was inaugurated in 2008 and was won by Chen
Hongguo of Shandong Chenming Paper for the first two years in a row. RISI organizes

which are handed out to the winners at the regional RISI conferences. In addition,
the Global CEO of the Year award is presented at the PPI Awards event, which will be
held in Brussels on November 16 this year.
