Margaret Lee to Lead Korn/Ferry's Asia Pacific Financial Officers Center of Expertise.

management solutions, today announced that Margaret Lee has joined the Firm

as Vice Chairman and Senior Client Partner, leading its Asia Pacific

Financial Officers Center of Expertise. Based in the Firm's Hong Kong office,

Ms. Lee will also head up the development of the Chinese Enterprise sector

for Greater China.


    The setting up of the Financial Officers Practice is aimed at helping

companies address growing complexities in financial management, M&A, public

listing, as well as their compliance with the global financial regulatory

environment. Korn/Ferry's Financial Services expertise has deep functional

expertise and relationships with global financial officers and related

communities, including investment and commercial bankers, financial

regulators and audit professionals. The Firm's unparalleled resources are

    Ms. Lee joins Korn/Ferry from Spencer Stuart where she held leadership

roles in addition to building a highly respected search practice over fifteen

years. She led both the Financial Officers and Insurance practices in Asia

Pacific and headed the Greater China office for a number of years. She has

assisted regional and global clients with board and executive staffing and

her placements include notable CEOs, CFOs and other senior executives.

    Ms. Lee's earlier career was in consulting and finance, having spent 10

years with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, during which time she

acquired extensive exposure to commercial business, encompassing valuations,

corporate restructuring, fund raising, liquidations and mergers and

acquisitions.


    She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Bradford in England and

graduated from the University of London with a degree in statistics and

computer science. Ms. Lee was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered

Association of Certified Accountants in the U.K. in 1994 and has been a

member since 1989.
