Oversi's video cache platform to optimize the Internet experience for its
subscribers. OverCache MSP (multi-service platform) enables Slingshot to
accelerate over-the-top (OTT) content, including peer-to-peer (P2P), video
streaming and other media applications, while generating significant
bandwidth savings for the operator.
Slingshot, part of the CallPlus group, is the first ISP in the
Australasian region to deploy Oversi cache technology, securing its position
as one of the leading operators in New Zealand. The investment has paid off -
Slingshot has been ranked as the top broadband provider by independent body
