AZURN INTERNATIONAL TO PROVIDE ‘MERLIN’ AND ‘K2K’
COLLABORATION TECHNOLOGY TO THE LARGEST ONLINE
RETAIL GROUP IN EUROPE
Following their recent listing on the ASX, Global business solutions company, Azurn
International Limited (ASX: AZU) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with
one of the largest online retail groups in Europe, Freemans Grattan Holdings Limited to provide
Freemans Grattan with the use of Azurn’s ‘Merlin’ and ‘K2K’ collaboration technology.
KEY CONTRACTED ELEMENTS OF THE DEAL INCLUDE

Freemans Grattan is a part of the larger OTTO Group of Germany, the largest online retailing
group in Europe. Azurn EU, a subsidiary of Private Equity Gateway Group (EU) Limited, has the
exclusive distributorship of Azurn International Limited’s products to end user customers in the
UK and Europe. The Azurn “Merlin” is a patented hardware and Software multimedia
Convergence Platform which delivers audio, video and Web collaboration capabilities. K2K is a
patent pending application on The Azurn Merlin which provides “One Click” connectivity from
Web to Telephone capability.
An initial contract for a minimum Phase 1 amount of 1,000,000 minute usage to be paid
on a payment per minute, consumed across the group, which is ongoing
Automatic conversion to rolling 12 month contracts between Freemans Grattan and
Azurn EU Limited on completion of Phase 1 of the deployment, which is expected to be
within two months
Commitment to continue exploration of wider Azurn technology deployment opportunities
across other OTTO online and contact centre environs
Permission to publicize Freemans Grattan as a key European Union client of Azurn EU
Limited and user of Azurn International Limited’s technologies.
