Bond Public Relations Expands US Presence

LONDON and SAN FRANCISCO 7 June / PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ --

    - Bond PR International and San Francisco Technology PR Agency

                      Rainemakers Merge

BondPR (http://www.bondpr.com/) International, the specialist in

multi-country PR and communication campaigns, today announced that it has

strengthened its US presence by merging its US business interests with

Rainemakers, a San Francisco based public relations agency. Rainemakers,

founded by Debra Raine in 2009, has quickly established a strong roster of

technology, consumer tech and innovation clients. Raine will head up BondPR

International's US business.

For US clients, this move gives a strong domestic PR capability plus the

option to have seamless and scalable international campaigns without the high

cost associated with traditional multinational PR firms or the hassles of

managing multiple agencies. For international clients, this move provides

access to a deep bench-strength and service offering for US public relations

campaigns including consumer, corporate, digital, IR and technology

capabilities.

In January 2010, BondPR announced it was to set up 10 regional hubs

around the world, All 10 are now active and managing campaigns. BondPR is

currently active in 50 countries worldwide working for 40 clients including

Regus in 30 countries across three continents, and Bay Area headquartered

Autodesk in five markets across Central and Eastern Europe.

Tom Burgess Group CEO BondPR said "We looked at number of options in San

Francisco. Rainemakers was clearly the best match in terms of client service

and business philosophy, with a complementary client base. Debra and her team

have the resources in place to provide great service to domestic clients as

well as having a clear understanding and experience of international markets,

so our clients have one point of contact to talk to the world."

Debra Raine said. "I founded Rainemakers on a service model that does

away with the complex and costly practices of traditional agencies. Senior

people serve clients from strategy through execution. This approach delivers

the highest quality of service, value and results. This is why we have been

able to drive sustained growth in tough economic times. Bond PR has a similar

service and business philosophy. We are a natural fit. I'm excited about the

international service we can now offer clients; and the bigger business

opportunity ahead now that Rainemakers is a Bond public relations company."

Prior to setting up Rainemakers, Debra was GM Western Region and Head of

global business development at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, EVP Bay Area at

Porter Novelli Public Relations, and EVP/Head of Asia Pacific for Copithorne

& Bellows Technology PR/Porter Novelli.

Rainemakers will become Rainemakers, a Bond PR International Company.
