Working is part of who Roberta Faddoul is – she has NEVER been without a job. She washed cars
at 8, polished a neighbour’s silver at 10, asked for jobs in her local shops and got one at 11
working in a beachside kiosk and started her own company at 28.
And when she was ready to go it alone her family supported her all the way.
This woman has spunk – a spunk she says is inspired by her father and her family of ‘can do’
women!
This spunk has been rewarded – in just four short years she has made it to BRW’s FASTEST GROWING
COMPANY list – the youngest woman to do so, and now she is inspiring a new generation of Australian
Female Entrepreneurs to grab hold of their dreams and pursue them with tenacity and drive.
“Women are clever, innovative and not limited by the ‘we’ve always done it this way’ mentality that is
often cultivated in the ‘boys club’. Women have a great opportunity to challenge the ‘norm’ and fly under
the radar as we accumulate our successes.” Roberta explains.
“Traditionally NLP trainers (a largely male dominated industry) charged in excess of $4,000 for the
minimum NLP qualifications. By subsidizing our students and offering them low entry level training
courses, we have built a strong brand and a loyal following of NLP practitioners who keep coming back for
their ongoing professional development and training.” Roberta says. “This has been the ‘secret’ to our
success – NOT doing what the rest of the industry did as ‘standard’.”
To qualify to enter BRW Fastest Growing Company awards, a company must submit four years of
financials – this is the total length of time Roberta’s business has been operating
In its first year her company turned over in excess of half a million dollars, then grew by a massive
440% in just four years
She is the youngest person to be awarded the FASTEST GROWING 100 COMPANIES in BRW history
Roberta says the key to fast growth is to ‘buck the system’ and not follow the norm.
“My father has been my greatest mentor and my biggest fan. He totally understood my decision to go it
alone. I have always had his support and that has encouraged me to follow my dreams and go for it. I
knew I could do it.” Explains Roberta
Roberta’s company Quantum Change Seminars is an NLP training company which also runs events and
seminars for other people wanting to learn the ‘secret’ to FAST TRACKED success.
