it has no affiliation with CIRCA Auctions.
CIRCA INC. was incorporated in 1998 under the name SELLJEWELRY.COM, INC.; the name
was changed to CIRCA INC. in 2005. Headquartered in New York City, CIRCA INC.
currently operates domestic offices in the following US cities: New York, Chicago,
Palm Beach, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. CIRCA INC., also operates
internationally in Hong Kong and Barcelona.
The Canadian entity, previously unknown to CIRCA INC., reportedly conducts
business under the corporate name 3805913 CANADA INC. and is using the CIRCA INC.,
trademark without CIRCA INC.'s prior knowledge, consent or authorization. CIRCA INC.
confirmed that it will take any and all legal action to pursue this matter vigorously.
