Cytech Global Pte Ltd and Ecliptek Corporation Signed Distribution Agreement for ASEAN Countries
and India

Cytech Global Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cytech Technology Ltd who is one of the leading
technical distributors of semiconductors in Asia, has announced today that it has signed a distribution
agreement with Ecliptek Corporation, a leading manufacturer of crystals and oscillators headquartered in the
United States, for ASEAN countries and India. Cytech Global is now an authorized Ecliptek distributor in
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. This expanded agreement
complements Ecliptek's existing distribution network in the South Asia Pacific region.
