ECOSSE ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SHAREHOLDER MEETING, AND FILING OF FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
CALGARY, Alberta, Canada, Sept. 1 /CNW - AsiaNet/ --
Ecosse Energy Corp. (CNSX: ECS) (the "Company"), a company focused on oil and
gas exploration and production in Indonesia, held its annual and special
meeting of shareholders yesterday. At that meeting, staggered voting for the
board of directors was implemented for purposes of providing continuity in
management, and the board of directors was elected. Iain Steele will hold
office for one year. Nigel Fletcher will hold office for two years, and Alan
Morrison and Brian Henry will hold office for three years. In other matters,
John Scholz, C.A. was appointed auditor for the ensuing year, and the Company's
10% rolling stock option plan was also approved.
The Company also announces that it has filed its financial statements and
management discussion & analysis (MD&A) for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.

portions. EEB is currently planning to drill 5 onshore exploration wells in the
Bengkulu PSC in 2010-2011.
