MEDIA RELEASE PR35445

EESTECH awards the exclusive Australian license for their Jetwater
           desalination to Impulse Hydro

SYDNEY, July 20 /Medianet International-AsiaNet/ --

EESTech Inc. (EESH.PK), has awarded the exclusive Australian rights for
their JetWater thermal desalination system to Impulse Hydro.

This follows Impulse Hydro recently securing their first contract using the
JetWater System in the Queensland coal seam gas (CSG) industry and the
extensive interest shown by producers at the recent 'Optimising CSG Production
& Utilisation Forum' in Brisbane, which they sponsored.

The first sale made by Impulse Hydro of the JetWater System, was on the
basis of a one-off contract arrangement that allows for access as a project
demonstration site that will be remotely monitored by EESTech and to provide a
platform for the introduction and testing of future technology enhancements.

The new exclusive arrangement has required a license fee to be paid.

The need to clean contaminated water, which is released as part of the coal
seam gas extraction process, has come about because of a change in policy by
the Queensland State Government. The policy states that gas producers are not
allowed to continue to store contaminated water in holding ponds or be
discharged into waterways and that existing evaporation ponds will have to be
remediated within three years.

Impulse will use a combination of reverse osmosis and the thermal
desalination of the JetWater System to clean contaminated water, thereby
reducing over 90% of evaporation ponds.

EESTECH CEO Murray Bailey said that the first order for the system and the
interest shown by other gas producers validates the methodology of using both
reverse osmosis and the JetWater system as the most cost effective solution for
the problem.

"This has widespread immediate application in the growing coal seam gas
industry in Australia, as well as in other mines which will be required to
clean their waste water before it can be discharged.

"The major benefit of the technology is that it can purify up to 97 per
cent of the feed-water, compared to less than 75 per cent by most membrane
systems," said Bailey.

Impulse Hydro CEO, Earle Roberts said, "Because of the efficiency of the
combined systems the eventual market for the units in the coal seam gas
industry could exceed $50 million over the next three years."

company with 30 years experience in water treatment.

EESTech (which stands for Economically and Environmentally Sustainable
Technologies) owns or holds the rights to three environmentally sustainable
technologies, including the JetWater technology, that have direct applications
to the coal mining and energy industries.

EESTech's JetWater thermal desalination system has been rated in an
international environmental and engineering consultant's report as being one of
the world's leading water purification systems. The report rated the JetWater
technology as one of the best overall in the market based on both technical and
cost criteria.

Thermal desalination of water is based on evaporation, which replicates
nature's own purification process, by heating water and condensing the steam.

Although the JetWater technology is based on well-known and widely
understood chemical and thermo-dynamic principles, EESTech's development team
has refined the processes to greatly increase effectiveness and efficiency.
