Exceedingly Good Recruitment: Premier Foods Selects Alexander Mann Solutions to Manage
Contingent Recruitment

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the provider of world-class talent and
resourcing functions, and leading global provider of Recruitment Process
Outsourcing (RPO) solutions today announced a new contingent workforce
outsourcing deal with the UK's largest food producer, Premier Foods.
Premier Foods, the company behind some of the nation's favourite food
brands including Hovis, Mr Kipling, Bisto and Branston, has agreed a
three-year contract with AMS. The deal will see AMS taking on the management
of all Premier Foods' contingent workforce across the UK and Ireland. AMS
will be establishing a centralised resourcing hub to source and manage
contingent workers across all of Premier Foods' 70 locations, covering all
major disciplines.
AMS and Premier Foods are currently working through a detailed
implementation phase, with operations expected to go live in May 2010.
Previously, the business' interim workers were managed on a local basis by
in-house HR teams and line managers. The AMS service will provide Premier
Foods with clear visibility of all contingent resource, streamlined processes
and greater compliance and risk mitigation.

rigorous consultancy programme undertaken by ourselves and Alexander Mann
