Fannie Mae (NYSE: FNM) today reported that it will not announce issuance of Benchmark Notes on June 2,
2009, the first of two scheduled announcement dates in June. As noted in our 2009 Benchmark Securities
Issuance Calendar, the company may forego any scheduled Benchmark Notes issuance.
