    GAIN Capital Holdings Inc., a global provider of online trading services,

announced today the opening of its newest office in Hong Kong, further

extending its presence in the Asia-Pacific region alongside offices in Tokyo

and Seoul. The company received regulatory approval from the Hong Kong

Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in 2009.


    "Hong Kong is a key global financial center in Asia with a robust

    GAIN's office, located in the central business district, is being managed

by Brian Tsui. Mr. Tsui was formerly the head of retail FX at MF Global Hong

Kong.


    The company also announced it has signed a white label agreement with

Polaris Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd ("Polaris (HK)"), a wholly owned

subsidiary of Polaris Securities Co., Ltd. A leader in online trading and

financial innovation, Polaris Securities is one of the top securities firms

and the largest market-maker of index futures and options in Taiwan. The new

partnership with GAIN enables Polaris (HK) to expand its Leveraged Foreign

Exchange business.
