Heenan Blaikie Enhances its India Practice with Alan Rosling

Heenan Blaikie has made a significant addition to its capabilities in India and South Asia with the
announcement that Alan Rosling, OBE, has partnered with HB Global Advisors Corp., the consulting division
of Heenan Blaikie. Mr. Rosling, Chair of Griffin Growth Partners Ltd., a strategic advisory firm focused on
India, advises foreign investors and businesses on developing winning strategies in India, as well as all
aspects of doing business in South Asia. Heenan Blaikie is the only Canadian law firm associated with Mr.
Rosling.
Mr. Rosling has 27 years of experience in India and has a deep understanding of the country's business
environment. He was the first foreigner to join the board of Tata Sons Ltd., the holding company of the Tata
Group, one of India's largest conglomerates. For five years, he was a member of Tata's Group Corporate
Centre where he was responsible for internationalization.
