Announce Partnership to Create Travel Support and Emergency Assistance Service

Hill & Associates Limited ("Hill"), Asia's largest risk management & business intelligence
consultancy firm, and Inter Partner Assistance Limited (a subsidiary of AXA Assistance), the
inventor and global leader in assistance services, today announced that they have formed a
partnership to offer clients an integrated risk mitigation and assistance services.
The partnership will offer support and assistance to companies operating in, or sending
human resources to, locations where natural or man-made risks may defeat their business
purpose or imperil their employees. The combined capabilities of the partners will provide
clients with one-stop solution, including the ability to assess, mitigate, and respond to risks
