InComm Partners With Ezi-Pay NZ to Expand Global Distribution
ATLANTA, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ --
InComm to Launch Prepaid Gaming Cards in 4,500 Retail Locations
InComm, the leader in sales and marketing of prepaid products and
innovator of transaction processing, has entered into a strategic partnership
with Ezi-Pay, the market leading, technologically innovative prepaid gift
card distributor in New Zealand, to support the retail launch of new prepaid
gaming and content card partners at over 4,500 retail locations.
"We are excited to expand our distribution across New Zealand with a
proven partner like Ezi-Pay," said Brian Parlotto, Senior Vice President of
Consumer Products and International. "InComm is committed to being a global
leader within the prepaid gift and digital content category, and
opportunities like this allow us to build momentum outside the United States
while creating a value proposition for both our content partners and new
retail partners that is unrivaled in the category today."
Leveraging InComm's key international partnerships and products, this new
distribution partnership will provide Ezi-Pay access to a large suite of new
products. For InComm's new operations in Australia and New Zealand, this is a
launching point across many merchants in a well established gift card
program. The initial launch will primarily include prepaid gaming cards, and
both companies look forward to future expansion opportunities.
"Partnering with InComm strengthens our position as New Zealand's premier
gift card provider," said Dave Spicer, CEO for Ezi-Pay. "Leveraging InComm's
relationships, we will now be able to provide our merchants access to a
number of key international partners and products. This added depth of
product offerings helps build additional consumer demand and continues to
drive awareness for our prepaid program which is already the most extensive
in the New Zealand market."
In addition to card partner relationships, InComm is working with Ezi-Pay
to develop promotions and marketing campaigns to capitalize on the upcoming
holiday season. Both companies anticipate a strong fourth quarter for the
prepaid category in New Zealand.

About Ezi-Pay:
Founded in 2003 by Dave Spicer, Karim Hussona and Paul Carter, Ezi-Pay is
New Zealand owned and operated. Headquartered in the central Auckland suburb
of Grafton, Ezi-Pay also has offices in Wellington and Christchurch. Their
background, like many in the prepaid industry, is in phone cards and retail
payments which has provided key experience in the importance of identifying
and establishing working relationships with the retail outlets most likely to
excel in and benefit from sales of 'virtual' products. Ezi-Pay has also
achieved seamless integration to widely used point of sale devices software
so that retailers don't require additional terminals in their stores. They
developed the software that powers their transactions and own the network
they use. That allows Ezi-Pay to move quickly and offer integration
flexibility to retailers. Their network processes millions of retail
transactions annually and connects to all major Eftpos transaction providers.
