Ms. Baxter is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years experience
in the luxury cosmetic, skincare and fragrance industries. With deep roots in
the beauty industry, her career has encompassed numerous positions of
increasing responsibility. Prior to joining LVMH, she had created and
shepherd brands for The Estee Lauder Companies including Creme de la Mer,
Tommy, Aramis, and Jo Malone.
An active philanthropist and community member, Ms. Baxter has also lent
her leadership expertise and talent to such organizations as Gilda's Club,
Look Good/Feel Better with the American Cancer Society, and served on the
board of industry organizations such as The Personal Care Products Council
and CEW. She is a graduate of the UCLA School of Business.
