PETS DOMAIN SNARES EXCLUSIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH SECOND LARGEST PET
WHOLESASLER IN EUROPE- EUROPET BERNINA
One of Australia’s largest and fastest growing pet goods supply businesses, Pets Domain Limited is pleased to
announce that the Company has secured an exclusive relationship with the second largest pet wholesaler in
Europe, Europet Bernina (www.europet-bernina.com). This Joint Venture grants Pets Domain sole access to
Europet Bernina products for sale across Australia. Pets Domain will be distributing Europet Bernina products
through their wholesale business ‘Natures Best.’ Europet Bernina offers an industry leading range of innovative
products, which Pets Domain believes will be highly sought after by the Australian public. This alliance means that
Pets Domain stores will have access to a broader, premium range of pet care products and moreover, enforces and
reflects the view held by overseas suppliers of the Pets Domain group, as the customer of choice.
Pets Domain is listed with the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) to fund the further expansion of the
Launceston based Company. Pets Domain is seeking $3 million of expansion capital from sophisticated investors
via the ASSOB platform, with plans for an ASX listing within the next five years. The capital raised will be used to
launch a new, more significant store roll out, which will involve opening another 63 stores in the next four years.
Pets Domain is the largest and most profitable business currently listed on the Australian Small Scale Offerings
Board and generated revenue of $20 million in FY2009.
In commenting on this significant milestone for Pets Domain, Managing Director and founder, Jason Van Peelen
