RISQ Screening Solutions to Merge with UK-based AIM Screening

RISQ Group announces that its Background Screening unit, RISQ Screening Solutions has been acquired
and will merge with UK based AIM Screening Ltd to create a truly global screening service provider, with a
distinct Asia Pacific focus.
RISQ Group, one of Asia's foremost risk management & business intelligence consultancy firms, today
announced that it had reached agreement regarding the sale of RISQ Screening Solutions Pty Ltd, its
operating line dedicated to Background Screening. RISQ Screening and AIM Screening will merge their
respective screening operations and form a leading Asian pre-employment screening business.
The merged entity will continue to trade as RISQ Screening and will continue to build and expand into
leading market positions in all substantial markets throughout Asia and Europe, thereby offering a 'one-stop-
shop' background screening and verification service to multinationals across the respective regions. In addition
to providing customers with more resources and expertise, both units will complement each other
geographically given RISQ's strong footprint in Australia and South-East Asia, and AIM's status in the United
Kingdom and Eastern Europe.
Luke Battah will take on the role as Group Chief Executive.
Guy Underwood, CEO of the RISQ Group will remain actively engaged and remain as a Director of the
Company.
