SchoolOne and Etech Group Announce Strategic Reseller Agreement

Leading online education software companies to mutually benefit from a new alliance that will achieve rapid growth
and a stronger product offering for the K-12 school market
SchoolOne, provider of web-based student information systems, today announced a new strategic reseller
agreement with the Australia-based Etech Group, makers of the Studywiz range of learning platform products.
The reseller agreement between SchoolOne and Etech Group will augment SchoolOne's portfolio of products
and services and drive new growth of Studywiz products in the American markets.
Both schools and school districts will now have the opportunity to purchase a complete school online solution,
including SchoolOne's new generation Student Information System (SIS), and Etech Group's award-winning
Studywiz products to manage teacher and student workflow, curriculum and communications through online and
mobile applications.

managed call center, state reporting and software development.
