Spirit Investor Conference Executive Presentations to be Webcast

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPR) senior executives, including President and Chief Executive
Officer Jeff Turner, will discuss the company's performance and outlook during its Annual Investor Conference
on Wednesday, June 3, 2009.
Other speakers will include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Rick Schmidt, Senior Vice
President and Chief Technology Officer John Pilla, and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Fuselage
Structures and Systems, Richard "Buck" Buchanan.
The Investor Conference will be webcast and will include a slideshow presentation that will be broadcast
online from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time, with a break from 11:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.
The slideshow presentation, which will be available and may be accessed before the commencement of the
archived for approximately 14 days.
