The conference programme includes 39 presentations that demonstrate the
confidence of the polyester industry in a return to growth as the present
economic uncertainties start to subside. Presentations on improving process
economics are well represented, covering plant integration, especially PTA
with polycondensation, PET bottle recycling into new bottles and improvements
in polymerisation and solid-stating. The event also offers a first-class
opportunity to learn about developments in raw material supplies, the present
state of world fibre markets and new applications for non-wovens. Specialists
from all sectors of the polyester industry will be present to help delegates
keep up to date with company changes, new sources of supply and
diversification opportunities.
