for 'Best Mobile TV or Video Service'
Telegent Systems, the company that makes television mobile, today announced that it has been named a
winner in the GSMA Asia Mobile Awards 2009 in the category of "Best Mobile TV or Video Service" for its free-
to-air mobile TV receiver, the TLG1120. Winners were selected by a panel of independent analysts,
journalists and industry experts and the awards were announced on November 18th at the GSMA Mobile
Congress in Hong Kong.
Telegent's TLG1120 mobile TV receiver enables the reception of live, analog free-to-air broadcast television
on handsets and other mobile devices, providing consumers with access to the same live programming that
they view on conventional TV sets. Since its inception, Telegent's mobile TV technology has been
incorporated in more than 50 million mobile handsets, sold to consumers in Southeast Asia, Latin America, the
