FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The First Australian Debt Management Company To Launch In The Philippines

Manila, Philippines, JUNE 03, 2010 - NRG Global Solutions Pty Ltd (NRG), an Australian debt

management company servicing multinationals in the telecommunications, banking, and finance

industries, is opening a new 150-seat call center in the Philippines. The company is the first Australian

collection company to establish a presence in the Philippines.

According to NRG executives, the company chose the Philippines for its agent talent pool, call centre

infrastructure, and readily available vendors and suppliers focused on supporting the international call

center sector. NRG recently incorporated its Philippine subsidiary, NRG Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc

to service an Australian client base.

Laurence Barlow, Co-founder and Chairman of NRG said, “The Company has gone through measured

growth, opening with only five seats in a Manila Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or business

incubator, in August 2008. We are excited with this new phase of growth, as it exponentially increases our

presence from five seats to 150 seats.”

Michelle Bubke, Co-founder and CEO, “We originally struggled with off shoring a portion of the business,

as we were concerned about our Australian staff; however, as forecast the Australian business has gone

from strength to strength, agents have been up skilled and rewarded accordingly. The career scope for

our Australian executives has become global, and that’s exciting”.

Mr. Barlow added “It made business sense to expand in the Philippines apposed to other call centre

hubs; the call centre infrastructure is impressive and Filipino government encourages foreign investors to

set up here with, incentives, and special economic zones. We had a lot to learn when we first landed, but

the Philippines is the least Asian, Asian country, so navigating the array of outsourcing options easier

than other potential locations”.

NRG chose a Megaworld property, one of the Philippine’s premier real estate developers, to house its

first facility. “Eastwood City Cyberpark is the perfect location because it combines commercial, retail, and

residential properties, in a secure community,” Barlow explained. “It’s an intelligent choice for the fast-

paced lifestyle of call center practitioners. In addition, its proximity to talent in neighboring locations, as

well as to universities means we have access to energetic, educated people”.

Mss Bubke said “In my view, voice-based call center facilities here are superior to other countries, The

Spanish-American accent is very mid, easily understood in Australia. I was impressed with the highly

educated, English-speaking workforce. The agents only needed training in our processes, not language.

Our clients  are impressed, the results speak for themselves.”

NRG Global Solutions intends to expand its client-base using its new call center as the first step. The

Australian company is helping to develop the skill set of the Filipino people and encouraging other

businesses to follow suit.

Bubke said “We have plans to launch an Australian centric debt collection and BPO training company in

Asia to complement the existing business.”
