The Valence Group Announces Successfully Advising DSM on its Sale of Citrique Belge to Adcuram


LONDON, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ --


    The Valence Group announces that it has successfully advised Royal DSM N.V., on the sale of Citrique Belge to

Adcuram. The intended sale is expected to close in Q4 2010, subject to customary approvals and notifications.


    Both parties have agreed not to disclose financial details at this time.

Citrique Belge reported over euro 100 million in sales in 2009.
