Third Consecutive Year Graebel Relocation Receives SAS 70

Wipfli LLP Audit Validates SAS 70 Type II in its Report of Controls in
Operations and Tests of Operating Effectiveness
To validate the quality and integrity of the Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide standards and controls,
the SAS 70 Type II favorable opinion was achieved in 2007 and subsequently in 2008 and in 2009. SAS 70 is
a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts
(AICPA). A service auditor's examination performed in accordance with SAS 70 represents a service
organization has been through an in-depth audit of its control activities.
An audit conducted by the independent accounting firm, Wipfli LLP, examined Graebel controls connected
to its third party relocation services and related general computer areas including: Personal Relocation
Assistance such as wire money transfers, corporate client invoicing and management assignment fees; Real
Estate Transaction Assistance; Computerized Information Systems from firewalls, antivirus and antispyware
controls, physical access and environmental controls, logical security and fault tolerance to data recovery
controls. Forty-four control areas were examined and encompassed a twelve-month evaluation period from
October 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009.
In its report to Graebel, Wipfli LLP summarized all results of the testing and controls in the Graebel
Relocation Services Worldwide operations were sufficient to conclude that controls were operating effectively.
