Webvisions Accelerates Growth with Acquisition of Skydio

This expansion adds 6,000 square foot data centre and raises Webvisions group customer count to 100,000
customers across Asia-Pacific.
Webvisions, a leading provider of web-hosting services in Asia Pacific, today announced the completion of
its acquisition of Skydio Pte Ltd, a Singapore based Internet Service Provider offering data center, managed
servers, managed messaging and hosting services.
This acquisition will add a 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art data centre to Webvisions' Singapore footprint
and contribute over USD1.9 million to the company's annual revenue.
