PRESS RELEASE (2.11.09)          FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Clime Value Fund up 29.3%!

The ASX All Ords Acc. Index could only achieve a 8.3% gain for the year ending

September 30th

.  By contrast, the Clime Value Growth Fund achieved a 29.3% gain over

the same 12 month period. That is, this particular fund outperformed the Index by a

whopping 21%.

For most DIY super fund investors, or even those who have money invested in a non

performing mutual fund, an annual 29% gain for their investment sounds unbelievable.

But Clime achieved this gain by following a proven investment system based on the idea

of “value investing.”

Value investing requires the identification of shares that are available on the market at

discount prices to their inherent value. Clime values companies based on the company’s

ability to generate and sustain a high return on their shareholders’ capital. This is the

litmus test a company must pass to be included in the Clime Value Growth Fund. The

fund manager’s unique investment process has delivered a 29.3% gain for the 12 months

to September and 7.2% pa return over 3 years. It is based on a similar share selection

system to that used by Warren Buffet, the world’s most successful investor.

John Abernethy, a 25 year veteran of funds management, leads the Clime investment

team. Commenting on the 29% gain in the Clime Value Growth Fund, he said:

“producing a superior result for our clients is never easy, particularly in a highly volatile

market, but our unique investment philosophy and our highly disciplined methodology

has certainly come up trumps in the last 12 months.”

Clime Asset Management, founded in 1996, has approximately $200 million under

management.
