HBOS Australia confirms change of ownership of Bankwest
and St Andrew's is expected tomorrow


HBOS Australia today clarified its sale of Bankwest and St Andrew's to
Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Whilst Federal Treasurer approval has been received today, change of
ownership is expected to complete tomorrow.
