News Release

10 July 2009

Leading Workplace Update is now an On-line Rolling Survey

One of Australia’s most significant surveys into workplace issues and their

effect on management and employees is being presented in an exciting

new form.

First conducted in 2000 as an annual survey by Quantum Market Research, the

Leadership, Employment And Direction (L.E.A.D.) survey is now a continuous one,

with information being released in waves three times each year.

Commissioned by Leadership Management Australiasia, L.E.A.D. is now an on-

line rolling survey, constantly updating what is really happening within Australian

organizations.

Each wave of survey information will include the views of more than 3000

representatives from all sectors, locations and organization sizes.

Participants are from three levels within organizations covering employees, frontline

managers and supervisors, business leaders and senior management.

L.E.A.D. will draw on 10 years of previous surveys to analyse changes in the workplace,

expectations, needs and emerging trends.

L.E.A.D. remains one of the most significant surveys about workplace issues in

Australian organisations – providing the latest insights, trends and emerging issues

affecting business and people management.

The first results of L.E.A.D. 2009 will be released in mid- July.

The first survey will cover growth trends, employee expectations, and job seeking

behaviour, during the current global financial crisis and the major issue of trust in

the workplace.

Leadership Management Australia (LMA) has been at the forefront of training and

development in Australia delivering solutions to managers since 1972.
