Talisman Capital S.A. Hires Peter Bakker to Manage High-Yield and Distressed Portfolio

Talisman Capital is pleased to announce that effective September 1, 2010 Peter
R.S. Bakker has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Bakker will oversee the high-yield
and distressed portions of Talisman's investment activity. Mr. Bakker has over 25
years of investment management experience in credit-related strategies, including over
8 years as a senior portfolio manager with Lazard Asset Management in New York, where
he was responsible for managing global high-yield portfolios exceeding $1 billion in
total assets, and more than 9 years at NatWest Markets, where he was senior vice
president responsible for high-yield and distressed proprietary trading and research.
