Elissa Faint joins Astor Levin
Elissa Faint has joined Brisbane human resources and management consultancy Astor Levin as Senior
Consultant.
Previously with Suncorp, Elissa brings to Astor Levin eight years HR experience across many
industries, including energy, banking and finance, education and travel.
She has most recently been leading and managing organisational redesign and driving large-scale change
management processes after international merger and acquisition transactions. This involved workforce
planning, and developing (and implementing) communications and stakeholder management plans and
organisational development programs.
Astor Levin Director Sonya Melbourne said "We are delighted to have found someone of Elissa's
calibre to work with our team - her skills and experience make her an ideal fit for Astor Levin".
Elissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resource Management, a
Diploma in Business (Management) and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. She is currently studying
for a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology.
