KELLY ANNOUNCES NEW SALES AND CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR
NATIONAL BUSINESS
Kelly Services today announced the appointment of Karen McConachy as Strategic Sales and
Client Development Manager as part of its growth strategy, with responsibility for clients across
the Kelly national network.
Ms McConachy has worked within the recruitment industry for almost 20 years including with
Kelly Services in 1999.
The role will involve the development of lasting relationships with key Kelly corporate clients in
order to better manage and strengthen customer links across the full suite of services.
Kelly Services National Sales Director, Paul Chiswick, said the appointment of Ms McConachy
was an important step in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Kelly’s service offerings to
the group’s client base.
“I am delighted to welcome Karen to the Kelly team. She has an extensive record of
achievement in the recruitment industry with experience across roles including senior
management positions for large national firms.
“As part of our strategic sales and business development effort, Karen will have an important
role in developing and growing our most important business relationships.
“I am pleased that we have been able to attract someone of Karen’s experience and know-how
to this important national position,” Mr Chiswick said.
