Call centre report shows stress levels off the dial
Australian Services Union will launch results of national research into Australian call centres on
Thursday 19th November 2009.
The research uncovers the attitudes and issues of call centre workers in Australia.
Over 250,000 Australians now work in call centres.
Also launched the Stress-o-meter, an online tool for call centre workers to self-assess their stress levels at
work. Also provides industry analysis and identification of problem issues. Visual provided.
