Australian property hotspots

As investors emboldened by improving economic conditions look to leap back into
the property market, Australian Property Investor magazine has provided its annual
guide to the hottest 100 locations around the country.
“The global financial crisis may have played havoc with world economies over the
past 12 months, but many investors have seen that property has performed relatively
strongly, and are now looking to move on and expand their portfolios,” API deputy
editor Matthew Liddy says.
“We’ve consulted Australia’s top property experts to come up with a list of the 100
locations tipped for the best capital growth over the coming 12 months.”
