Master Builders is launching a Human Resources Manual for members in NSW on
28 November 2008.

Master Builders invites the media to participate in the launch of the NSW Human
Resources Manual. No RSVP required.
Where and When?
The launch will be held on Friday, 28 November 2008, at 10.00am,
in Heritage
Rooms 1 and 2 of the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney. The Shangri-La Hotel is located
at 176 Cumberland Street, The Rocks, Sydney.
Why develop a Human Resources Manual for the Construction Industry?
Master Builders have developed the Human Resources Manual to help members to
better understand the workplace relations framework in which they operate. The HR
manual provides employers with a step by step practical approach to some of the
workplace relations issues that arise in workplaces in the building industry on a daily
basis. The HR Manual also contains useful sample documents which members can
use or adjust to suit the circumstances of their workplaces.
The HR Manual is designed as an essential supplement to the services already
offered to members by Master Builders.
