Caltex Australia Moves to Prepay With E-Pay

SYDNEY July 09, 2008 e-pay Australia Pty Ltd ("e-pay") today announced a prepaid agreement with Caltex Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd ("Caltex"), Australia's largest petrol and convenience retailer.

Under the agreement, e-pay will be the recommended supplier of prepaid products to Caltex convenience stores, which are part of Caltex's national service station network. The signing of Caltex strengthens e-pay's position in the Australian electronic prepaid market. e-pay anticipates the roll out process to be completed by mid-July to all contracted Caltex convenience stores.

"The agreement with Caltex emphasises the security, consistency and quality that e-pay provides to the prepaid market," said e-pay Managing Director, Grant Sheppard, on welcoming Caltex to the e-pay platform.

"Prepaid is a mission-critical part of our business. The security, scale and financial strength offered by e-pay's prepaid business in addition to their leadership within the global prepaid industry were critical to our decision. We are very pleased with the e-pay team for enabling a seamless transition to their prepaid platform from our previous service provider, while ensuring customer satisfaction," said Karim Sumar, National Merchandise Manager for Caltex Australia.

e-pay has also recently won contracts with several other leading retailers. The Company has made significant additions to its customer services team nationally to ensure that both new and existing clients continue to enjoy the speed and quality of service e-pay is renowned for.

e-pay's current list of customers include some of Australia's largest retail groups such as Woolworths, BP, Mobil Quix and Video Ezy, among others.
